License agreement
The following license governs the gratuitous use of the InterNetX GmbH logos by partners or customers of InterNetX GmbH:
Scope of rights of use: InterNetX grants you the license to use its logos on letterheads, business cards, customer or partner websites.
Copyright law: InterNetX has the sole and exclusive rights to the logo. The license only grants you the contractually accorded rights of this license agreement. All other rights, particularly copyright, are held by InterNetX GmbH.
Restrictions of use: The license holder is not entitled to pass on the rights to use the logo to third parties free of charge or with remuneration. All other forms of private or commercial use are not permitted. It is prohibited to change the logo in any form.
Duration of agreement: The rights of use of the InterNetX GmbH logos are valid only for the duration of the partnership. The license expires with immediate effect when the partnership is terminated. InterNetX GmbH reserves the right to withdraw the license at any time.
