From February 22 - 24, 2011, over 1.500 conference attendees are getting together in Orlando/Florida, to exchange information on how the widest spectrum of integrated, easy-to-use cloud services can be made available to small and medium- sized businesses (SMBs). In his presentation, he will delve into the technology theme “Customer Orientation in the Cloud” and give the audience practical tips for maintaining customer loyalty efficiently using the PBA software.
“For many years now, InterNetX has placed emphasis on providing software as a service – a sector of cloud computing – with the domain management software AutoDNS 3.0 and SSL Manager 2.0. At Parallels Summit 2011, we also want to show visitors the business support system Parallels Business Automation in combination with the specifically-developed InterNetX plugin”, comments Hakan Ali, Director of Sales and Marketing at InterNetX, Internet Service Provider in Regensburg.
“SMBs are seeing clear business value from cloud services, and adoption is accelerating at a rapid pace,” said John Zanni, Vice President, Service Provider Marketing, Parallels. “At Summit this year, leaders from the service provider community are coming together to discuss ways to evolve their businesses and differentiate their services to profit from the cloud in an increasingly competitive marketplace.”
This year, Parallels Summit 2011 is again the perfect meeting place to gain insight into the latest trends in the fast-paced cloud market.
