InterNetX launches ISAC – InterNetX Server Administration Center – and Mail Proxy 2.0
With ISAC and Mail Proxy 2.0, InterNetX launches two new systems for easier server management and efficient virus and spam protection. Since December, ISAC as well the upgrade to the new version of the previous Mail Proxy, are available for free.
(REGENSBURG, December 22, 2011) – In December 2011, InterNetX officially launched the new server administration software ISAC (InterNetX Server Administration Center). Via the ISAC web interface the user can easily manage his InterNetX servers. The system offers detailed views of the traffic of individual servers and the option to activate numerous additional features. ISAC users can protect their system with the new Mail Proxy 2.0, the new and improved virus and spam protection.

With ISAC, we can not only offer our partners an improved overview but also more control over their servers. The ISAC interface works with data from the InterNetX data center which houses reliable hardware of brands like Dell, HP and Cisco. Apart from the option to order and to manage products like Redirector or BackupMX, the customer receives detailed statistics on his traffic and FTP backup usage. The user can activate notifications, which he receives when a pre-determined traffic or FTP backup volume has been reached. Mail Proxy 2.0 offers different filter options, multiple filter settings, pre-determined security levels, a quarantine functionality and a filter that rejects suspicious file types. The optimized virus and spam filter Mail Proxy 2.0 is available now for ISAC and AutoDNS 3.0.

Die ISAC-Oberfläche stützt sich auf Daten aus dem hauseigenen Tier 3 Rechenzentrum in München, das Markenhardware der Firmen Dell, HP und Cisco in Betrieb hat. Neben der Bestellung und Verwaltung von Produkten wie z.B. Redirector oder BackupMX erhält der Kunde Statistiken zum Traffic- und FTP-Backup-Verbrauch. Der Nutzer kann sich beispielsweise benachrichtigen lassen, sobald ein festgelegter Traffic- oder FTP-Backup-Wert erreicht ist. Der Mail Proxy 2.0 bietet verschiedene Filter-Einstellungen, vordefinierte Sicherheitsstufen, eine Quarantänefunktion und einen Dateitypen-Filter zur Abweisung verdächtiger Dateitypen. Der optimierte Viren- und Spamfilter ist ab sofort sowohl für ISAC als auch für die Domain-Management-Software AutoDNS 3.0 verfügbar.
