Register or block .XXX domains with InterNetX – General Availability has started

the last launch phase of the new domain extension .XXX began on December 6, 2011. Every member of the .XXX community can now freely register .XXX domains.

(REGENSBURG - FLORIDA, December 8, 2011) – On December 6, 2011, General Availability of .XXX domains officially started. Florida-based ICM-Registry has therefore entered the last launch phase of their domain extension. All members of the .XXX community now have the opportunity to register .XXX domains on a “first-come, first-served” basis. At the same time, non-members will be able to protect their brands by blocking their domain or brand name under .XXX, this way avoiding possible abuse.

.XXX is a domain extension which has been developed especially for the international adult industry. The .XXX domain has already enjoyed huge success since its first launch phase. At the start of General Availability, ICM-Registry announced that there were already 100,000 registrations. As an accredited registrar, InterNetX offers its partners the opportunity to register .XXX domains quickly and without complications via its domain management software AutoDNS 3.0.
