Solid State Drive Hard Drive (SSDs)
SSDs possess much higher tolerance to shock, as rotating discs are not used, making the engine mounting and reading and writing mechanisms less fragile. The access time is reduced through the use of electric impulses. Another advantage of SSDs, is their increased tolerance to temperature. Temperature fluctuations are not problematic.
System stability: Because of the lack of mechanics, SSDs are not sensitive to vibrations.
Energy efficiency: SSDs use noticeably less energy, which makes for a higher degree of operational reliability.
Performance: The read-write speed of SSDs is considerably higher. Access time is virtually zero.
Noise emission: SSDs work silently.
Heat emission: Due to their low consumption, SSDs generate hardly any heat.
