Order - quick and easy!

Order your SSL certificates online via SSL Manager 2.0. Shortly after sending your order via the SSL Manager 2.0 web interface, you will receive a confirmation email from Thawte, sent to the email address you specified in the field "confirmation email". For these certificates only the following addresses are allowed:

  • admin@
  • administrator@
  • hostmaster@
  • webmaster@
  • postmaster@

The address for the SSL certificate must be located within your domain, without subdomains (e.g. admin@domain.tld).

Order process

In the Thawte email, you should confirm your order by using the link provided. The certificate will only be issued after the link confirmation by you.

Please note: If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes of sending your order, please check your spam filter. The sender email is isp_enrollmentprocess@thawte.com. In case you should not find the confirmation email, please send an email to ssl@internetx.com. Your confirmation will then be resent.

Important: It is not possible to change your email address after this. The Whois entry must correspond exactly with that of the applicant. Please pay careful attention to the legal form of your company name.

To enable us to process your order quickly, please check that the information regarding domain registrants, certificate applicants and your entry in the company register correspond, before sending it.
