Support
InterNetX provides you with free and competent support via email or telephone. We will acknowledge receipt of your email immediately with a tracking number and you will receive our response within 48 hours on working days. By telephone, we are available Monday through Friday from 08:30 to 20:30 (CET) and you can also take advantage of our free callback service within this timeframe.
We also offer a 24/7/365 domain support emergency hotline outside office hours (subject to costs).
System Availability
We generally guarantee you 99.9% availability, except with regard to maintenance times by third parties (e.g. registries). In your personal support area, you have access to your schedule appointments (e.g. maintenance), news and other useful information.
Complaints
The InterNetX complaints support team will offer you assistance with any problem or request you may have concerning your domain(s). To notify InterNetX of your complaint or dispute, please send an email to domain-support@internetx.com or fill in our contact form.
Helpful Tools and Downloads
We have composed a small collection of programs and documents. Follow the links and surf directly to the respective homepages and start your up-to-date downloads from there.
Payment
At InterNetX you can choose between payment via credit card, bank transfer or debit credit. With your consent, we will make a credit assessment of your company in order for you to be able to use all payment methods, once you have made a purchase. For this purpose, we work together with credit assessment companies, which will then evaluate the respective data. Which payment method you can use with InterNetX depends on the result of your credit rating. Your data will be treated confidentially at all times.
Privacy protection
It is essential for us to collect, store and process data, or make it usable in other ways, so that we can provide our full services to you. Yet, in order to protect your customer data, we have the duty to follow a number of guidelines and regulations. We therefore want to inform you about how we guarantee the protection of the data you entrust to us.
