Data export within the EU Data Act

The Data Act of the European Union allows customers to export their existing data, e.g. in order to switch to another provider. You can read about the applicable conditions in detail here.

2. General Information

The InterNetX products are prepared accordingly to enable you to switch suppliers via data export. However, we would also be pleased to receive your feedback on the reasons for a planned change so that we can continuously improve our products in line with user requirements.

InterNetX relies on open standards and interfaces, which greatly simplifies data export for you. You can also carry out the data export in the respective product yourself. This allows you maximum flexibility in terms of time and, if necessary, customised control of output formats or scope. The exported content is immediately and securely available without any detours and can be validated accordingly.

3. Process

How do I proceed?

Firstly, we recommend checking and testing the import at the future place of use with regard to the procedure, formats (compatibility), etc. This prerequisite for successful porting cannot be influenced by InterNetX and can therefore only be supported in a very general way in terms of advice and assistance.

You can export the data from your InterNetX products yourself at any time.

You can also obtain advice and further assistance from our customer service. The customer service department should be contacted if data is not to be deleted directly and the end of the contract is to be agreed accordingly. Please always inform us of your wish to export data and continue using it.

Important Notes:

• Only use the regular cancellation if you have already exported the required data and a direct deletion can take place. As soon as a regular cancellation has been completed, the data is no longer available for export. Otherwise, revoke the cancellation immediately and/or contact customer service to coordinate the procedure regarding the desired data export.
• Do not delete any data that you want to export. Deleted data (projects, databases, content, etc.) cannot be restored and exported.
